Increasing Member Engagement

Question

We're looking to increase member engagement and activity on our community. We've decided to revamp our rank system to make the ranks more challenging, but what else can we implement?

If you're community doesn’t already have badges, you could implement badges for number of posts, accepted solutions, likes, etc.

We've found that introducing a top contributor program can help with member engagement because top contributors will start conversations, answer questions and ultimately encourage other users to contribute to the community.
