The value of stage/prod alignment
I am a new community manager to a new community, and I noticed that stage and prod are not aligned. What are some specifics to the broader team on why alignment between environments is important?

If the environments aren't in sync and changes continue to get made in one environment and not the other, then you'll eventually have to conduct a community wide audit to document the differences and get them synced back up. Doing a community wide audit could take up a lot of bandwidth and resources, so it's just something to consider.
